With the intent of closing down the numerical gap within Turkey, it is aimed to provide a web based education through "Bridging Digital Divide" Project, for European Computer Driving License (ECDL) in respect of 1.000.000 young learners within 81 cities. European Computer Driving License (ECDL) is a perfection certificate that is recognized in all European Union countries through its universal characteristics. The Project also envisages to eliminate the employment inadequacy on the field of information and communication technologies (ICT), as well as providing support for closing down that numerical gap.
